About
Hi! I’m Isabel. I’m glad you’re here. As a holistic psychotherapist, my approach is deeply rooted in the belief that true healing and growth come from a deep understanding of the whole self—mind, body, and spirit. I believe that by grounding yourself in your values, you can navigate life's challenges with more clarity, resilience, and purpose.
My work is centered around creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, confront your anxieties, and reflect on what really matters to you. I recognize that life can feel overwhelming, and often, women are juggling multiple roles and expectations that can lead to burnout, confusion, and feelings of disconnection. My goal is to help you sift through those pressures and re-align with the core of who you are, so that you can move forward in a way that feels empowering and aligned with your true values.
I am particularly passionate about supporting women through their motherhood journey, as it often comes with profound changes in identity, purpose, and priorities. Whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating the challenges of pregnancy, or adjusting to the demands of being a new mother, I believe that this journey is an opportunity for immense personal growth and discovery. It can also bring up deep-seated fears, anxieties, and feelings of overwhelm. I will work alongside you to explore these emotions, process any traumas or challenges you may be facing, and find ways to reconnect you with your strength and resilience.
Ultimately, my goal is to help you discover who you are beneath the layers of societal expectations, roles, and pressures. Together, we can explore your passions, your values, and your deeper sense of purpose, allowing you to move through life with a clearer sense of direction and confidence. It’s an honor to be a part of this transformative journey with you, helping you build a life that is rooted in your authentic self and aligned with what truly matters.
